From the Secretary

William H. Davenport PM.
Brethren,
I have the sad duty to inform you that I have had to suspend 12 of our members for Non payment of dues. This causes them to lose membership in all other Masonic Organization that they belong to. I have sent letters made phone calls and done all that is within my limited knowledge to keep from having to do this . They may pay their dues before June 30th and be automatically reinstated. After that date they must petition the lodge for reinstatement.
I would like to also congratulate Brother Rogers on his first time of conferring a degree on not one, but four new Entered Apprentices. He did an outstanding job.
I would like also to congratulate The Worshipful Master and all the Officers that were installed and invested at our Installation of Officers and look forward to working with them in the upcoming year.
The office of Secretary is very time consuming and requires me to have to do things such as suspensions for non payment of dues, but it also has its good things that I like doing, that of being in contact with the members and helping them with problems pertaining to their Masonic membership. Having been elected again this year to serve as your Secretary, I look forward to helping you in any way I can to keep your membership in Sincerity Lodge as error free as possible, but when those errors do happen I promises to help as much as I can to resolve them in a timely fashion. If I can be of any help to any of you or if you just want to talk, feel free to call me. Its always nice when I can put a voice with a name. It is even better when I can put a face with that name, and I can do this by meeting and greeting you at lodge meetings or lodge functions. Sincerity is doing all the right things to keep your lodge one that you can be proud of and you need to come out and be a part of its happenings. We are providing many programs that may be to your enjoyment. Make it a priority to come to meetings and be a part of your lodge happenings and enjoy the fellowship of your lodges members.
Sincerely and Fraternally,
William H. Davenport PM.
